Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy 🌱:
🌸No show No Calls: Are Charged 100% With The Card On file and is banned for future bookings. Please communicate with us to avoid waste of funds. We understand things could come up therefore , please book accordingly and with responsibility.
Reminder texts are sent out 24hrs and 4hrs before your appointment to confirm. Communication is Key!
🌸Same Day Cancel/Reschedule:
We may charge a 50%-100% to last minute cancellations and reschedules. Communication is KEY with us.
Cycle: You can Reschedule within the next week as discussed with your servicer. Your deposit will follow for the day rescheduled for. (1) reschedule.
🌸 A new deposit will be required If you have missed your appointment for that day it was scheduled for and have not contacted the company.
🌸 Each Client is given 10m grace period , after 9m it will be considered late. Please be aware that using the bathroom could affect your service time during this mark.
We have certain space and time for EACH client. It isn’t guaranteed that we can get you in once you run late. Each client is given 10m at the 9m mark your appointment is considered late and we will take in the next appt. (high volume rate)
